This plan does not cover medical or surgical eye problems. Office visits for medical or surgical eye problems will be charged at our usual fees. This plan is designed for our patients who do not have another vision care plan through their Employment or in conjunction with their medical insurance. It cannot be used with other vision plans such as VSP, ECN, MES, AVP, etc.
